Buzz reviews its hair styling menu board annually and offers both product and service promotions on a regular basis to keep customers coming back into the store.  Each promotion is provided with detailed instructions on store presentation, staff training and promotional material. 

All franchisees or Salon Managers have two weeks training in an established Buzz outlet, which is then followed by two weeks training after opening in your own salon.  This training covers all aspects of the Buzz Styling Salon systems including how to conduct staff training and performance reviews and salon management.  Each store is provided with detailed operating manuals for the Manager and Staff.  Staff training is supplemented with in store training nights conducted by a Buzz Styling external trainer.
